PE8-2: Construct an explanation based on evidence to support a claim.

  1. Accurately answer the main question (make a claim)
  2. List accurate and relevant evidence from a practice (to support the claim)
  3. Correctly explain (reason) what happened, using a crosscutting concept and a DCI
